I could change the dates and nobody would know the difference! Well, Justin isn't in Afghanistan and today isn't Sunday but still! I have been looking back to "one year ago" and decided to repost this one! I didn't have a lot to talk about today, Church was great, weather was wonderful again but no pictures! Hope your Monday is a great one!
Please note this is a repost... 1/31/10:)
My Saturdays have been pretty much the same recently. Only thing different yesterday was I slept until 8AM. It was nice to sleep in but I missed a few hours of sitting and doing nothing, sipping coffee and blogging:) Anyway, finished taping Justin's package and off to the post office. There are usually a bunch of people there. I think the USPS really did a huge thing to offer flat rate shipping. It appears they got a lot of business out of it, especially for the military families. The box I use is $2.00 off. So, instead of $14, it is $12. After standing in line to mail the package, chatting with people... making sure I mention Justin's name and ask them to pray for him. Hey, strangers can pray too:) On to Target for popcorn and off to Austin's ballgame. His team won again, not a very high scoring game but exciting just the same.
Also, Alex and Avery always enjoy being there... having snacks and playing. Alex is making a heart with her fingers... sweetie!
Avery has on one of my favorite sweaters. They love those ring pops. I bought a bag of them at the dollar store. 25cents each and there's no telling what they charge at the concession stand!
Had to post this picture of Avery giving her Mama a big kiss:)
Autumn was there with her friend Rylee. Rylee is the other pitcher on the ball team. They practice on Saturday so off they go!
Austin has guitar lessons on Saturday afternoon, so the two little ones came home with me for some playtime. When Tracy rang the doorbell to pick them up, Alex said "that better NOT be Mama"! They love their Mama but they just weren't finished playing.
So, my blogger friends... off to Church this morning. It is cold and damp here in Georgia, no snow... just rain. Chilly, damp, cold! Have a blessed day!
