Whiny post...

I am NEVER sick, thankful for that... but have been sick ALL NIGHT LONG!  I would appreciate your prayers that I will be up and at 'em soon!  I guess it is a stomach bug that got me:(  BOO HOO!  My coffee didn't even taste good this morning!  Oh well, I will be thankful that I am mostly healthy and pray that I feel better as the day goes on!

A day of love...

We showered these two with lots of love and tons of gifts:)

My Sister Cindy made a rice krispie treat wedding cake and WAS IT EVER A HIT!  There wasn't even a crumb left on the plate:)  Great job Sis!

Shower day...

It's Shower day and I think I am ready:)  That's a good thing, right?  I still have a few things to do and pick the cake up but the car is loaded top to bottom:)

I pray that these two will be FOREVER happy!  I sure do love them both!  God has big plans for them and I can't wait to watch them grow old together!

Yesterday I took my Sister Brenda to therapy... she is improving every day:)  The rest of the day was spent finalizing the shower stuff!  We ordered pizza for dinner and I collapsed into a deep sleep until 5:00 AM this morning!  Have  a blessed day dear friends!  Sending HUGS and PRAYERS your way!

A colorful and wonderful day...

As I was leaving yesterday to take my Sister to the doctor, these pretties called my name to take their picture:)  A sure sign that Spring is coming!

My Sister's doctor appointment went well, they X-rayed her knee and said it was doing good!  We went to therapy and I delivered her back home!  She did SO good!  We giggled a lot and I enjoyed my day with my Sister Brenda!  Last night was Austin's Basketball banquet and this was my view on the ride!  It was the WIDEST rainbow and brightest colors that I have EVER seen!  Thank you Lord for this colorful beauty!

Dreaming of beach time...

It has been rainy, sunny, warm, cold, warm, rainy, warm, cold, windy... etc.  We have had ALL kinds of weather this Winter!  All in all, not too bad!  I think that I will enjoy the sunshine this morning and I will look forward to a little beach time with the family this Summer!  Hey, February is almost gone... where did it go?

Put one foot in front of the other...

Busy day for me yesterday!  Most of the day was spent finishing a few treats for the Bridal Shower!  A REALLY quick trip to the grocery store and back home to get busy again:)  I just kept putting one foot in front of the other to get things done!  

The rain is suppose to hold off for a while today and I have to run a few errands!  So, while I finish my first cup of coffee and start on another... I will be praying for SO many!  My prayer list is really long these days!  Have a blessed day, that's what I plan on doing!

Feeling Springy...

It is going to be 70 degrees today and I am feeling Springy:)  The weather here is going to spoil us into thinking that Winter is over.  While it may get cold again for a spell (as my Daddy would say) I think that Spring is about to show itself!  I don't like to rush the days but sure do like being able to get outside!  We were discussing our garden at dinner last night!  Oh how I miss fresh tomatoes from the garden!

Yesterday was a good day...

What a wonderful time with my Sister Brenda on her Birthday!  She was sitting outside in the sunshine when I got there!  She has been working so hard to get her knee healed!

After I left Brenda's, I stopped for a visit with this handsome guy!  My GREAT-GREAT Nephew Grant!  OH dear, what a sweetie he is!

He slept while I was there and I visited with his Mommy:)
